For our client, fast developing company in process engineering industry, we are looking for:
Engineering Center Team LeaderMiejsce pracy: Olsztyn
Job purpose is to deliver technical/operational objectives through management of a medium-sized team of engineers and specialists with competences and knowledge of different disciplines (process design, mechanical design, purchasing, master data management etc).
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out the operations in compliance with all applicable laws and legal requirements and implement appropriate controls to secure early detection of any potential non-compliance,
Implement technical/operational strategy of the unit which meets business needs,
Drive short term resources and competence planning to match the business need,
In cooperation with Business Streams define standards and procedures under which team operates,
Develop high performing team,
Contribute to decision-making around technical / business issues.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of practical experience working as Engineer/Lead Engineer in food industry or mechanical design,
Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, ePlan etc),
Fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken,
Experience in a supervisory role with direct reports,
Proven leadership and motivation skills,
Result and Process Oriented,
Ability to collaborate across different countries and cultures.
