One of our clients, a big international production company, located in Lubusz District, is organizing two-year Engineering Development Programme. You will be learning all aspects of the business. After 2 years, you can be moved to Shift Supervisor, Production Engineer, Project Engineer, Middle level positions in Quality, Process, Supply Chain, Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
- you will be a key team member in driving key projects for improving productivity in terms of efficiency, quality, scrap, cost and internal rejections in the area of production and process
- you will be driving new initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, TPM, TQM under guidance of Process/Production/Quality Managers
- you will also have possibility to co-ordinate with inter-function and inter-department teams to drive the projects and take to conclusion
- you will ensure projects are driven to meet timelines and goals as set and agreed
- fresh Engineering graduate
- professional experience is not required – you can learn all aspects of business from scratch
- you should have a theoretical knowledge about Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, Process improvement – all management issues that you’ve heard at academic classes
- great English skills, verbal and written (B2 level minimum) – must be
- very important: you should have great communication skills which help you to work in team and independently as well
- good planning and organization should be one of your biggest strengths
- you should operate MS Office package well (SAP is nice to have)
