The company is an Austrian based food company that specialises in providing ingredients for the food processing industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Engineer Production you will be responsible for controlling and optimizing the production processes whilst ensuring continous improvement on current production processes. You will also be working closely together with other departments, such as procurement and maintenance & engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Control of production
Analysis and optimization of production processes
Compliance with industry regulations concerning HS&E
Overall responsibility of production quality
Cost management
Operational and strategic responsiblity regarding production
Leading over 100 employees
Implement Kaizen principles
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Food Technology or Process Engineering
5 years of experience as Process or Production Engineer
Understanding of LEAN production
Knowledge of industry standards
Fluent in German, good knowledge of English
