EMEA Telcom operation manager

Job description:

• functioning as the focal for all telecom operations matters in EMEA
• leading the management of the outsourced telecom providers in EMEA for operation matters
• managing the telecom operation team in EMEA from a functional perspective
• being responsible for the end to end operational process and fault management in EMEA
• coordinating transactional data exchange between service providers and internal process partners
• working with other domains in establish performance management and metrics to continuously improve service and delight the customer

Job requirements:

• BS degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent qualification)
• extensive experience of global IT infrastructure delivery and operations
• working knowledge of network & voice protocols, monitoring, and operations
• working knowledge of CISCO data and voice equipment and tools
• experience in customer service and global network management in a matrix organization essential
• experience in delivering network infrastructure services across multiple countries will be a plus
• ITIL V3 foundation certification will be an advantage
• ability to communicate effectively and sincerely in customer interactions
• Fluent in English
