Our Client, is an international, engineering company. Due to its rapid growth, we are currently recruiting a position of EMEA Sourcing Manager to join the company’s team in mazowieckie. Home office is a possible option. Salary from 12 000 PLN gross monthly.
Your new role
EMEA Sourcing Manager will be responsible for searching, negotiating and establishing contracts with new suppliers. The purpose of the role is to increase the souring capacity within EMEA region. The role will focus on efficient developing and managing products and suppliers. The person will interact with Engineering to assess technical needs of raw materials and other commodities. The hired person will identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and contribute to continuous reduction of the manufacturing cost.
EMEA Sourcing Manager will coach and mentor the local procurement teams.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with several years of experience in sourcing or purchasing of goods/materials. The perfect candidate will have experience in sourcing within manufacturing environment and will be familiar with purchase of steel. Engineering education or good understanding of technical issues is required. To succeed in this role you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills as well as very good command of English. We are looking for candidates with excellent negotiation skills and self-reliance in running procurement processes.
