Your new company
For our Client, one of the oldest financial institutions in the world, we are searching for aEMEA Regional Wellbeing Consultant.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:
  • Develop and deliver regional Wellbeing events and campaigns in line with the global Wellbeing strategy
  • Manage, administer and promote regional Wellbeing programs, such as the engagement platform, flu vaccination program, Employee Assistance Program etc, in line with the global Wellbeing strategy
  • Contribute to the development of new regional Wellbeing programs
  • Manage third party vendors, including selection, relationship management, termination, contract management while ensuring that internal vendor protocols are maintained with HR Vendor Management
  • Maintain accurate information with regard to the Wellbeing budget and submit invoices for processing in a timely manner as appropriate
  • Coordinate communications and marketing relating to Wellbeing programs and events, via email, MySource, posters etc, in line with the global Wellbeing strategy
  • Conduct annual benchmarking activity to ensure Wellbeing programs remain competitive
  • Join external industry forums, including the Global Business Group on Health, to ensure up-to-date awareness of market practice
  • Maintain relationships with regional Wellbeing champions and coordinate their activities
  • Handle enquiries from HR colleagues, managers and employees
  • Collaborate with regional Diversity & Inclusion representatives and relevant ERG networks to coordinate and promote Wellbeing programs

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, working effectively to deadlines and project plans
  • Experience of managing and building effective working relationships with third party outsourced service providers/vendors
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Competent use of Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with limited day to day supervision
  • Experience of Benefits and Wellbeing initiatives and programs would be beneficial
  • Experience of event management would be beneficial
  • Experience of working in a large organisation but not necessarily in the Financial Services Sector
  • Ideally educated to degree level
