MAIN DUTIES:
- Acting as internal principle engineer to implement and improve outstanding and cost-effective/quality/sustainable standards and solutions for design, execution, testing, start-up, qualification /validation, operation, maintenance of electrical systems and building automation systems.
- Electrical (MV/LV), Automation, low currents (smoke detection, CCTV, anti-intrusion, etc) systems design specifications (systems data sheets, systems URs, systems functional specs. Systems design criteria, SOPs, etc)
- Vendors and design houses/offices coordination during design (DQ included), execution/construction, qualification (IQ/OQ) and handover phases of assets subject of responsibility
- Implementation, adaptation and improvement of engineering, maintenance and operation standards/procedures tailored for Bio-Pharmaceuticals Operations in conjunction with policies and standards set for by Company Corporate Engineering
- Project Engineering and Project Management of Investment projects/tasks
- Preparation of capital appropriation requests (IA/CER) according to Company Capex Procedure / Regulations
- Effective Maintenance of utilities / assets under responsibility adopting and implementing the most adequate strategies (preventive-risk based and conditioned based maintenance)
- Preparation of capital and operation budgets / schedules for the systems under responsibility
- Coordination of internal engineering/maintenance staff
- Quality assurance and quality conduct of all engineered and managed tasks
- Safety assurance and safety conduct of all engineered and managed tasks
- Technical procurement support (bids technical analysis, alignment and appraisal)
EXPECTATIONS:
- Graduated in Electrical and automation engineering; specialization in Industrial Automation
- Previous work experience related to ELE/Building automation systems designing, production, or service related work experience will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical support utilities systems and building supporting systems (HVAC, low current systems) highly appreciated
- Good knowledge of ISPE best practices for GAMP
- Project Engineering and Project Management proven capabilities
- Good knowledge of Machine Directives, ATEX regulations and local building codes
- Good knowledge of sustainability practices for design of energy and electrical systems
- CAD-CAM tools knowledge (Autocad, Revit, etc)
- Hands on knowledge of MS-office tools
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills,
