Due to our growing business needs we are looking for:
EDI Consultant
Workplace: WrocławResponsibilities:
- EDI Implementation (Electronic Data Interchange) for HCL clients and suppliers including:
- telephone or email contact with suppliers-testing of EDI messages (Electronic Data Interchange)
- testing of logistics labels
- parameterization of a system dedicated to EDI service
- Be part of an end user study session with coaching to understand end user needs and as-Is business processes.
- Assisting with the business case, eliciting requirements.
- Secure that important end user needs are met with the prototype or working solution.
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements and specifications
- Requirements management and communication.
- Ensure that requirements and/or designed solution are correctly understood and used by development team
- Creation of test scenarios
- Embedding understanding of business and system processes through supporting the implementation and support team
- Attending meetings where required
- Participate in building good customer relationship
Requirements:
- Higher education (Graduate in Economics, Logistics)
- Very good command of English
- Excellent communication skills in international environment
- Scrupulosity, systematic approach and good work organization
- Analytical and logical thinking skill, basic IT knowledge
- Ability to acquire complex knowledge from different areas fast, combine facts, read and follow instruction/technical specification
- Team player
- Open minded and easy going attitude
Nice to have:
- Knowledge or experience in EDI is a plus
- Knowledge of logistics processes in a corporate environment will be an advantage
- Experience in work at service desk is a plus
