Early Careers Specialist- Central Europe

In this role you will be responsible for high volume recruitment projects in Central Europe with main focus on Early Careers area. You will report into the Early Careers Manager Central Europe located in Vienna.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Sourcing and attracting the best possible talent with focus on the Early Careers and University hiring
- Interviews & Assessment Centers: Assessing and selecting the best possible talent by utilizing innovative assessment and selection techniques used to maximize the right recruiting decisions
- Owning end to end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience
- Employer Branding: Support planning and executing (with support from wider TA team) any associated attraction activities (eg. use of Social media, media, on-campus career events)
- Communicate the TA strategy to key business stakeholders
- Upskilling line managers to ensure increased accountability for recruitment
- Drive quality and change at a local level, support in harmonizing the Junior Management Program/Graduate Scheme within Central Europe
Requirements:
- University Degree (MA/BA), ideally with focus on HR
- Knowledge and experience of Early Career recruitment and graduate market preferred
- A proven ability to translate business requirements into resourcing strategy and action
- Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity quickly and proactively, developing new skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Excel
- High level of written and spoken English and Polish
- Availability to work for 6 mouths
