Toms Polska is looking for a HR Manager to take part in developing our organization, transforming our company into an international group. Building organization, HR processes and implementation of a new HR strategy in order to support or new prestige project of establishing a chocolate producing factory in Nowa Sól.

 

As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the HR Strategy, leading and coordinating the HR function in both our sites, Leszno and Nowa Sól.

The HR Manager will combine the best of HR, recruitment, labor relations, change management, coaching, business partnership and leadership into a single role. You will maintain and enhance the HR department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, HR policies and practices.

The ideal candidate will be a driving, collaborative and results-oriented leader who is particularly proficient at balancing multiple priorities and issues and being decisive. This role requires someone to be dedicated to developing a strong, diverse, and collaborative organization, have a strong work ethic, a passion for managing the details within a growing business and willing to contribute where necessary.

 

As the HR Manager, you will:

  • Play a partner role for the General Manager and management team
  • Lead with energy and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including all aspects of employee relations, employee benefits, compensation, practices, training, organizational change and development
  • Lead out in front in recruiting, selection and performance management, our Development Dialogue set-up
  • Partnering with Management Team, designing the organizational structure, and analyzing organization effectiveness
  • Provide advisory in the conceptualization and implementation of future compensation and recognition programs
  • Conduct annual Organizational reviews in partnership with the Management team
  • Facilitate internal communications including a yearly employee engagement survey (PeopleMatter)
  • Bring your own professionalism and expertise to the role to elevate the capabilities of the HR department

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Labor Relations or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions, preferably from international companies with production in Poland

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach others
  • Solid ability to recognize and proactively address challenges, combining business acumen with down-to-earth approach
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, both in English and Polish
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
