Your new role
You’ll join a CRM Team, who is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining functionalities for CRM system keeping the right balance between user experience, performance and solution stability. The team is usually engage in several work streams, including large business implementations, integration with different systems, platforms (i.e. MS Dynamics 365, Office365, SharePoint, Enterprise Service Bus, etc.) and compliance or regulatory projects (MiFID, GDPR). You will be working against product backlog in an agile development environment, creating CRM software components and coding patterns which foster reusability and increase enterprise capabilities. Moreover, you will be responsible for developing and supporting integration of Dynamics CRM 365 with other applications, systems and platforms and maintaining, managing and designing CRM solution and environments.
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal Candidate you should have hands-on experience of working with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g. JIRA, VSTS), ability to understand Customer Relationship Management, both as a business concept and as a technical solution. What’s more, you need to have an experience and deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365 platform, understanding of PowerShell or other scripting language. Moreover, experience with deployment and configuration tools (e.g. Bamboo/Jenkins and SCCM/Ansible/Puppet/Chef). All work is conducted in English therefore fluency in English is required.
