Currently for our client, international company with an office in Warsaw, we are looking for experienced Document Management Specialist who worked withelectronicdocument management system.
What will you be doing?
On this position you will be responsible for every aspect of managing the DMS and serving as the first point of contact to the end users from different divisions regarding system access and/or some business support and you need to be ready to provide it. Also a part of your job might be looking for improvements and conducting analysis.
Who are we looking for?
You need to be communicative, supportive and accessible person to be able to provide help successfully. You will be responsible for managing documentation associated with clinical trials but meritorious knowledge of the subject is not necessary. You need to speak English very well though because you will be working in an international environment.Also, since the company works on self-developed eDMS, we require first-hand experience in working with any software used for this purpose (knowledge of rDMS is nice to have).
