For our Client – international, newly created SSC in PoznaÅ„ we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Divisional Accountant with English.
Your new role
The successful individual will act as the local finance business partner (Divisional Accountant) to the company Polish entity. The key responsibilities include running the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes each month, ensuring quality of information, policy adherence and addressing any issues including treasury management, calculating cost/revenue accruals and undertaking intercompany reconciliations with other entities within the Group running monthly close review meetings, agreeing on required changes and escalating issues as necessary in order to deliver first draft of financial accounts and facilitate production of the Group reporting package. Moreover, you will be responsible for monthly analysis of account performance including financial KPI’s and identification of potential issues, engaging and working with Operations Managers to ensure issues are solved correctly as well as production of Internal Exec Packs including commentary to identify and explain deviations from budget and forecasting year-end position.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will hold a relevant University degree and have 2 years of experience in a similar role. Analytical and problem solving skills as well as excellent communication, interpersonal skills ability to multi-task and prioritise are also required. Accountancy Qualification and Excel to Advanced level are an advantage. Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must.
