For our Client, one of the largest global custodian and global asset managers, we are searching for skilled individual that is willing to develop and take the leadership of the Quantitative Hub Division as a Director/Head . The role is to facilitate the growth of a modern Delivery Centre located in Poland, Wroclaw.
Your new role
As a Director/Head of Quantitative Science Hub you will be responsible for defining and leading the successful implementation, and embedding of the Quantitative Science Hub operation in Poland. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and achieving operational effectiveness of multiple risk quantification growing teams : Model Development, Model Validation, Enterprise Risk Analysis, Enterprise capital Adequacy and Treasury Analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong analytic skills, management skills, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. Your expertise will cover the risk management, statistics, the regulatory environment, credit and corporate policies, and reserve accounting areas. Minimum of MBA or MSc/Ms qualifications 15 years of direct relevant professional background including extensive Leadership/Management, experience, followed by in depth understanding of Risk/Quantitative analytics environment.
