Digital Workplace Specialist
Location: Gdynia / WarszawaDigital Workplace Office 365 Communication
We are looking for: communication expert with experience in end user trainings who knows how to get value of the new Digital Workplace tools. The person on this position should know how to inspire end users and make presentations about how these tools can bring value to them. Digital Workplace Consultant uses the best practices for internal communications to provide business benefits using Digital Workplace technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- introducing a new suite of collaboration and productivity solutions based on Microsoft’s Office 365;
- proposing new ways of working to increase both personal and team efficiency;
- creating adoption materials and introducing them to the large groups of people;
- supporting the business implementation, being responsible for materials adoption.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 (end user perspective);
- Experience in implementing a Digital Workplace in large global organizations;
- Management Skills;
- End user training, instructions, creating material skills;
- High level of independence, ability to drive own activities;
- English on advanced level.
