Lead operational set-up and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system
Define taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions and cataloging, tagging and archiving of digital assets
Partner with IT and Marketing to ensure full system integration and workability, ready for go-live
Lead the culture change to embed Asset Management
Develop reports to monitor and track number of requests, usage stats etc. and build robust assessments on productivity gains, business benefits and success metrics delivered as a result of Digital Asset Management solution
Lead quarterly digital reviews with Sector teams across key success metrics
Continually identify opportunities to optimize process, implementation, delivery and system functioanlity, to future-proof and maintain a leading-edge capability
Leading a team of two, with a focus on clarity of vision and direction, well defined roles and responsibilities and project management skills to adhere to project plans
Key Skills
3 years experience in marketing technology, ideally with experience in Digital Asset Management systems or in a cybrarian capacity
Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers
Bachelor’s degree
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
