Our Client, an international, globally well-known company is looking for a Digital Programme Manager who will drive the program management and coordinate the technical elements of the project with Global IT.
Your new role
- Lead all programme activities, including stakeholder management and reporting, the establishment of best practices, optimal task and resource allocation
- Ensure early identification of and propose mitigation solutions for risks on global and country level, aligning with relevant stakeholders where necessary
- Act as a primary liaison between Group P&C and Group IT, coordinating and aligning various stakeholders across multiple IT teams, in order to deliver a successful rollout and user-friendly, secure integrations with the platform
- Implement, lead and update a sound program plan, based on a best-practice stage gate approach to allow for active leadership decisions
- Drive all product development and quality management activities fully aligned with the standards and blueprints in close dialogue with the end user representatives
- Review and report upon key project results against pre-defined quality criteria
- Lead the coordination, scoping and implementation between vendors, Group IT and relevant country teams (e.g. IT, Payroll) during local integrations to further drive adoption of the platform
- Drive effective change management and communication activities for stakeholder groups
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in previous programme management roles
- Technical experience in SAAS implementation, including interface/integration coordination between multiple complex systems of varying functionality across multiple countries, cultures and languages with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong networker with ability to cultivate and maintain a strong and trustful relationship with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Able to balance structured planning and agile implementation while removing ambiguity and providing guidance and clarity on direction, deliverables and milestones
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
