Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Work with Corporate Marketing, suppliers, and other teams to ensure project delivery
- Monitor and direct day-to-day operations of Web Content Management environment to ensure that content related matters are being accomplished efficiently and within the agreed SLAs
- Content upload and publishing - follow the content quality processes/SLA as set out by Corporate Marketing; with agencies / internal departments
- Monitor and review website performance and work closely with the company IT to maintain benchmark standards for WCM application and website performance.
- Work with Corporate Marketing web team to maintain and improve quality control polices and create efficiencies in web content management activities
- Support content management activities in new website development projects
- Support Operating Countries webmasters with content related queries for websites
- Monitor / report project status to Corporate Marketing web team
What you'll need to succeed
- 1 – 3 years’ work experience in a similar position in Digital Marketing
- Educated to as minimum a bachelor degree level in IT/marketing/administration or related
- Basic Knowledge of HTML, knowledge of CSS, JavaScript is an asset
- Experience in using Web Content Management system (Ideally SDL Tridion)
- Knowledge of using Website Content Management processes desired
- Good understanding of different international cultures and behaviours, ideally experience in working in an international environment
- Good attention to detail
