We are currently looking for Candidates for a challenging role of Digtial Growth Manger. Digtial Growth Manager will be responsible for coordination of CVP (Customer Value Proposition) projects by integrating the offer and managing lead generation through digital channels. The scope of accountabilities includes project management, implementing new strategic initiatives and projects andevaluating campaign results on an ongoing basis to drive
for continuous improvement,supporting initiatives to improve customersatisfaction, as well as deploying and driving uptake of Mobile/Digital strategies,telematics products in the country and contributing toproduct development by providing customer insights. Digital Growth Manger will also share and adopt best practices through activeengagement with marketing colleagues in othercountries and businesses and carry out customer, competitor and market analysiswhen required.
What do you need to besuccessfulin this role?
We are looking for Candidates with minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in FMCG or startup environment, gained in Innovation/ Strategy or Brand/ Product Management departments. We expect proven experience in digital marketing. analytics, data andProject Management experience, as well as stakeholder management andanalytical skills. Interest in digital trends, fluency in English and strong Excel and PowerPoint
skillsare necessary.
