Your role would be to:
- Respond to user queries and requests for support. Handle as many as possible, escalate when necessary
- Ensure services provided remain fully functional
- Be on call during off hours/weekends/public holidays to triage issues, resolve when possible, escalate when necessary
- Develop solutions for current and future iterations of supported services. This can include code, design, or other
- Continuously expand your skillset, always aiming towards becoming a SME. Continually learn. The more you learn, the more we’ll teach you, the more freedom and responsibility you’ll be afforded.
- Represent the team and the services to the rest of the enterprise to the best of your abilities
