For our Client, well-recognised, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a Candidate interested in the role DevOps Engineer.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for using monitoring tools to manage applications and respond to technical alerts raised, monitoring repeat incidents to ensure that problem management is alerted, coordinating incidents and service requests, developing and/or implementing automated tooling to improve support functions and ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed of known escalations where appropriate. What is more, your duties will also include providing solutions to users/business through the resolution of Incidents and Problems, coordinating with incident management team to involve to facilitate the service recovery as well as contributing ideas on more efficient business - IT operations and turn ideas into actions.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Candidate you need to possess about 3 years of experience in the field of Unix scripting, MS SQL, Oracle relational databases scripting, deployment and automation tooling (Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, TeamCity) and ITIL concepts and practices. Very good English is a must.
