For our Client, a leading semiconductor manufacturer in the world, we are currently building a team consisting of DevOps Engineers, who will be responsible for:
- Provide SW Configuration Management administration to Dev teams
- Set up and configure SW build systems for individual projects
- Manage and control the SW build procedure, and make SW builds be delivered to Dev teams
- Deliver technical support and troubleshooting to Dev teams regarding SW builds and build systems
- Work closely with Dev teams on all SCM aspects in projects
- Design, develop, maintain and enhance SW build systems, incl. build system automation and continuous integration
- Work out and maintain SW builds standards, procedures and guidelines
- Min. 1 year of experience in similar position
- Knowledge of at least one continuous integration tool as: QuickBuild, Jenkins, Hudson, CruiseControl, Team City
- Batch/bash scripting
- Experience in source code versioning systems as: GIT, Perforce, SVN
- Good to have an understanding of object oriented languages, especially Java/Groovy, Python
- Expertise in different operating systems as: Unix, Windows
- Awareness of SW Configuration Managements aspects, e.g.: release management, build system integrity
- An understanding of SW Development processes
- Degree in engineering preferably in the specialization of electronics, automatics and robotics/control engineering
- Good written and spoken English
- Teamwork
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
