For our client, international investor, we are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced person for the position of:

Development Manager

SuccessfulCandidate on this position will be responsible for managing the entire investment process (due diligence, profitability analysis, negotiations, completion of contracts, coordination of design office, monitoring construction stage up to the sales of the project), in close collaboration with different support departments e.g. technical department, leasing, legal department. Will be also in charge of preparing the business plan and budget assumptions including investment cost and profits. The scope of duties includes running negotiations with local authorities and potential stakeholders, carrying out market research on competitors, customers and market trends as well as providing regular progress follow-up and reporting to the management Board.

Our client expects that the Candidate will demonstrate a sound understanding of the office real estatedevelopment process from thought to finish, including design, development, construction, leasing up to the sales. The main focus is put on running difficult negotiations with local administration or public institutions.
He or she should hold a University degree (e.g. commercial engineering, business administration, economics, law or related field), demonstrate a good knowledge and project management capabilities in construction business. Fluency in Polish and English is essential as well as at least five years of experienceon a similar position and demonstrationofa successful track record in field of developmentof office building project (at least one projectfrom development to occupancy stage)
