Your new role
Holding the position of Development Manager you will be responsible for leading development teams towards product and projects implementation and motivating them to meet project deadlines. As Development Manager you will be responsible for scheduling, resource and budget planning; you will be involved in code design and implementation of company development methodologies. You will have full responsibility for managing the development activities and will closely cooperate with other relevant parties (PM, customers and others).
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need strong managerial skills, preferable experience in managing development groups and practical knowledge of Java/JEE. What is more, working knowledge of building B2C software products; experience working on customer facing position and fluent English are also required.
