Development Manager (Industrial)
We are seeking for an experienced Development Manager, who will be responsible for preparing and delivering logistics projects.

For our Client - a well established international developer and management company, who is specialised in industrial projects - we are seeking for a talented Development Manager. Successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of the development strategy and capital expenditure programme within speculative and pre-let schemes.
Description

Be responsible for preparing the development strategies in cooperation with Management Team
-
Seek and secure development opportunities, prepare appraisals reports and cash flow projections
-
Prepare investment application to secure capital approval
-
Be responsible for all administration related decision in cooperation with authorities
-
Prepare and control project budgets
-
Identify land acquisition opportunities through market and occupier contacts
-
Closely cooperate with Leasing and Asset Management teams to seek development possibilities (refurbishment or reconstruction)

Prepare overall project documentation and transfer project to technical team
Profile
-
Master's degree within Real Estate, Finance or related field
-
At least 5 years of experience within property development area (logistics project experience would be an advantage)
-
MRICS qualification would be a strong asset
-
Expertise in preparation stage of investment process (planning, budgeting, obtaining administration decisions)

Strong financial knowledge within development area
-
Excellent negotiations skills

Strong MS Office skills
-
Fluency in English
