DEVELOPER (.NET/SQL Developer)

Job description

• Supporting back office integrations & EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) both internally and Live
• Monitoring existing integrations and then escalating if required
• Development /Maintenance of SQL stored procedures
• Assisting with client data extraction and liaising with insurers on EDI issues and problems
• Able to work with T-SQL, XML, SQL Server and VB.NET

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical mind and willingness to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment
• Experience of Microsoft Windows products is essential
• Previous EDI and/or insurance experience preferred although on the job training will be provided
• Candidates should be hard working, willing to learn, and be educated to secondary education standard

Experience in the insurance industry is desirable but not essential

Availability for travel to our UK offices, although this is infrequent
