For our Client, international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for candidates interested in Design Team Lead.
Your new role
As a Design Team Lead you will coordinate and lead the small group of designers and shape company’s services. You will be responsible for researching, understanding the needs and mindsets of our users.
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal Candidate you must possess extensive knowledge in UX or in Visual design and experience in leading a medium size group of people. You must be familiar with design standard tools such as Sketch, Photoshop ,Illustrator and Axure, as well as hold experience in designing for a variety of mobile platforms, technologies, screen resolutions and operating systems. Moreover, you should have strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Due to work in international environment very good English knowledge is also required.
