Your new role
We are currently looking for Deputy Store Manager. Our client is an international luxury brand which is now entering the Polish market. As Deputy Store Manager you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to deliver sales and profit results, supporting the hiring and developing the employees. Deputy Store Manager will also be responsible for coaching team with visual merchandising skills and building brand understanding
What you'll need to succeed
We expect minimum 2 years’ experience of managerial role (background in fashion/ beauty retail chains will be an asset), strong organization skills, excellent communication skills and ability to motivate staff. The ideal candidate is able to respond to ever-changing priorities and challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
