THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Waals-Brabant Belgium.
Our client is an international clinical stage pharmaceutical company. Their focus is the product development of cell therapy.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a deputy director you are the head of a group of people and manage their goals. You also manage daily procedures and the projects that are outsourced. You report to the Director of R&D.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You keep track of the progress and goals of all teams. You are also part of developing personnel trainings. You connect several departments by project group interaction. You manage the daily work cycle. Overall you keep track of all R&D phases which you report to the director of R&D.
REQUIREMENTS
The main requirements contain:
- PhD Biology/Molecular biology
- Strong knowledge of cell therapy
- Have a background with animal studies
- Extensive experience in R&D; minimum of 10 years in the industry
- Experience with molecular biology techniques
- Fluent in English; French and Dutch are a plus
- Works well in a team atmosphere
