For our Client, due to transition of planning processes to Poland, we are looking for Demand Planner.
This position will be based in Warsaw, Poland.
Reporting to the EMEA Supply Chain Manager you are the direct link between sales and production planning. In this job you are responsible for a (number of) product group(s) linked to one or two specific industries.
On a daily basis, you will be developing and maintaining forecasting models, analyzing and interpreting historical and current data and correct discrepancies, using Infor planning system and SAP.Moreover, maintaining close relations with the commercial and customer service organizations and attend sales meetings in the region.
Additionally, the chosen Candidate will actively participate in global Sales & Operations Planning (S & OP) meetings and provide demand requirements for (short and long term) production plans together with the Strategic Business Unit Planning Leads and Supply Chain managers.
The Demand Planner will be ensuring correctness of data entry with the Customer Service, monitoring key forecasting performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Teaming up with Business Management, Commercial Organization, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Team and Operations to identify process improvement opportunities, develop tailored solutions and drive the implementation.
The ideal Candidate should have minimum 3 years of professional experience in demand planning, production planning. Strong English skills is compulsory, other language would be advantage. APICS certification, forecasting certification (IBF or similar certification) is additional plus, but it is not compulsory.
