Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Because of the steadily growth of this ambitious food products manufacturer we are looking for an expansion for the Supply Chain team with a proven high potential who will be responsible for Demand Planning and further professionalizing the planning processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organise and lead periodical S&OP meetings
- Analyze hictorical data, market trends and sales information in planning sustems
- Optimize service level and inventory by purchase planning
- Monitor and adjust safety stock with consideration to the product life cycle
- Be the point of contact for the commercial organization for operational and tacktical planning options
- Communicate and follow up on discrepancies and alternations in Demand Planning
- Maintain and improve KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Production and Logistics
- Report the Supply Chain Manager
- Propose, initiate and participare in improvement projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Academical background in Business or Logistics
- Min. 2 years experience in a Demand Planning environment
- Experienced in working in ERP, preferably SAP
- Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven analytical skills
- Detail orientated
- Strong communicator
