For our client, company from the automotive industry with an established position on the market, we are looking for experienced and ambitious candidates for the position of Delivery Lead in the area of application development management.
Your new role
As a Delivery Lead you will be highly involved in the operational work and have responsibility for development process and organization capable to maintain the existing solution and to develop it further according to agreed business expectations . You will have chance to present good knowledge and experience in relevant IT domain or in the business solution process. Also, you will be managing a team, external suppliers and other partners related changes, support and maintenance activities. You’ll be entrusted to the defined deliveries according to agreed estimations on cost, time and quality. Delivery Manager's support to identify competence and development needs, develop team members skills and plan time for individual training, cross training within the team and knowledge sharing. What is more, you will be analyzing, improving, reviewing and reporting development progress and performance against agreed KPIs. Apart from that, you’ll be acting as SCRUM Master for development teams. Conducting in agreed time-frame reviews of the entire Development process.
What you'll need to succeed
• Proven working experience with Application Development management
• Working with and managing DevOps knowledge is a plus
• Proven experience in working in a multi country and culture environment
• Proven experience in working with off-site stakeholders, flexible working hours
• Proven leadership skills in leader positions
• Eager to learn quickly, able to follow procedures (and tools) and provide excellent support
• Knowledgeable of specific customer finance core process & system operation is an extra asset
• English language: very good in writing and speaking
• Ready to travel occasionally
