Responsibilities:
Dealer Support Field Specialist is partnering with Dealers in the continuous utilisation and parametrization of application dedicated for dealers ensuring that their stocking and ordering profile of spare parts within the network is allowing a maximum service level to retail customers and optimum utilisation of working capital employed
- ?Constant/ daily follow up of dealers system usage, training and tutoring to dealers
- Constant/ daily follow up of system results and parameters fine-tuning
- Definition/ setting and implementation of KPIs and measures dealers level
- Set parameters of Logistic Matrix
- Follow up technical updates and interfaces (Central and Local)
- Project plan management (partnering with IS, Sales and Marketing and external suppliers)
- Spread-out best practises that generates the best results
- Assess the gaps of the dealer and design action plans to close these gaps.
- Measure the results achieved and expand the perimeter of the action
- Forecast Sales Calculation
- At least 2 years’ experience in the After Sales business / Field activities preferably in automotive business.
- Very good knowledge of English and German language
- Study in technical subjects will be an advantage
- Strong mathematic skills for interaction with and convince dealers on a continuous basis
- High affinity to computer literacy to high standard as well as excellent communication skills.
- An Experience within parts sales or warehousing of a dealership beneficial
- Very good knowledge of Excel, Access
- Be willing to travel
- Must be a self starter, able to work on own initiative.
