Responsibilities:
- To create accurate and complete documentation for all databases.
- To ensure all SQL Server instances and databases are actively managed.
- Constantly monitor and troubleshoot performance, investigate and identify incidents.
- Providing day to day support for operations and outstanding support to key stakeholders.
- Cooperate with the Cloud Solution Architect to ensure consistent architecture.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience with SQL Server Databases, specifically MS-SQL, (MySQL, MongoDB and Oracle desirable).
- Knowledge of T-SQL.
- Good knowledge of ITIL driven service management environment.
- SQL Server operation within an AWS, VMware or other public cloud environment.
