Vacancysoft is the leading data provider to the UK recruitment industry. We have recently secured a project contract to supply structured data to an existing client of ours.

We anticipate that this will take thousands of hours of work to complete, mainly by people outside of our Warsaw office. We are looking for a manager with two or more years of experience in quality control, to take on the challenge of keeping standards high while work is done remotely.

This job will be based in Warsaw, with an immediate start and an initial contract period of two months. B2B contracts are preferred. We hope to have our client extend the contract, in which case the project could last six months or more.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the data we give to our client during the project. You will oversee the work of ten or more researchers, and select, train, and correct them to deliver the best project result as quickly as possible.

Each day, you will examine a sample of the work of the researchers, identify any errors, and give feedback on the quality of the work. You will help to identify those researchers that generally do good work, and those whose work is not good enough.

During the early part of the project, you will work with the client and the project manager to write the training for people working on the project.

In conjunction with the project manager, you will help to identify and remove bottlenecks in the project, to ensure delivery as quickly as possible.

Wymagania

• We are looking for someone with two or more years of experience in data quality management.
• You must have good English. The data is in English, and the language of the project and the business is English.
• You must have strong written communication skills, as most of your interactions with the team will be through documents and emails.
• You must be comfortable with Excel and some very basic statistics.
• Naturally, as someone in charge of quality, you must have excellent attention to detail.

Benefits

We are offering a B2B contract for an initial duration of two months. We hope to extend this, depending on our client’s preferences. Compensation will be between 6000 and 8000 zł per month, net of VAT. We also offer an English-speaking work environment, and the chance to work with an experienced international team in an office in Zoliborz.
