You will work in Integration and Master Data Management
Department. The main focus of this section is to manage, develop, operate,
support and maintain global integration and master data management solutions.
- You get the opportunity to combine your interest in both IT and
information management - You will work with data, applications, enterprise integrations and services of key importance for our Client’s daily business
- Monitor and operate master data management solutions based on Informatica MDM
- Monitor and operate ETL/data batch integrations running on Informatica Powercenter and application integrations running on Microsoft BizTalk Server
- Daily support related to customer master data in MDM, and towards the subscribing systems (eco system)
- Execute merge and unmerge of customer master data
- Take part in improving how we execute the work related to MDM operations; merge, unmerge, match and other data cleanse routines
- Take part in testing when new subscribing systems are added to the eco system or new data hubs are being implemented
Successful candidates should have a good understanding of the technical aspects of, as well as interest in, the supported business processes. We are looking for persons with experience or knowledge in several of the following areas:
- IT support services
- Experience with data analysis
- Experience with system and data integrations
- Knowledge about Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter and/or Microsoft Biztalk is an advantage but not a necessity
- Proficiency in English – written and oral; working language is English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and service minded attitude
- You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to details in the way you work
- Personal drive to achieve goals and develop your knowledge
- You like to share your knowledge and have an interest of doing presentation with a small audience
- The ability to build networks and share knowledge
- Ability to work individually as well as in a collaborative environment as team member
