Responsibilities:
Support to a Global Customs Center of Excellence based in Krakow. Role has 4 main tasks:
- Create, develop and maintain compliance-related reporting for Demo Loan Business (including but not limited to: customs delays, export licensing, internal orders, self-assessments).
- Create, revise and modify Shipping Documentation (Commercial Invoices, Shipper Letters of Instruction) for outbound and return shipments of Demo Loan equipment globally.
- Prepare customs letters supporting Demo Loan Business, submitted to the Brokers and/or Customs Authorities worldwide.
- Work closely with other companies" Teams (Export, Product Compliance, Logistics etc.) to ensure fast resolution of compliance and operational issues with Demo Loan Shipments.
For all these tasks, a detailed training will be provided. Scope of the support will evolve and change over the course of time as Company Demo Loan Business is in constant evolution.
"Must have" Qualifications:
- Have 2-3 years of International Trade Compliance experience [Customs and Taxes].
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to work in non-standard hours (11AM - 7PM).
"Nice to have" Qualifications:
- Use of Excel, pivot tables, Advanced Adobe Reader at an intermediate level.
- Quick learning skills to adopt new tools.
- Ability to work in a fast and demanding environment.
- Have a compliance oriented mindset and attention to details.
- At least intermediate level in both verbal and written Spanish.
