Who are we looking for?
Our perfect candidateneeds to speak English fluently (any other Eastern European language will be a strong asset) and have at least Bachelor Degree.
Day to day job will require strong analytical and organizational skills as you will be responsible for conducting analysis.
This position will also have you creating improvement plans so do not be shy of your creativity. Also ability to work in a dynamic environment is very important. Moreover we require strong communication skills because this position assumes working in a team.
Experience in a similar position is mandatory and experience in customer service related position is nice to have.
