Our Client is a Large Banking Shared Service Centre based in Krakow with a strong global focus and a very good reputation. With the growth of their business globally the Centre will be continuing to look for strong professionals in Krakow and Poland especially for the newly established CyberSecurity team, with that in mind we are helping them to find a:
CyberSecurity Operations Reporting Analyst
Job Purpose:
Working as part of a Global CyberSecurity team providing coordinated support to defending, monitoring, detecting, responding and mitigating teams who work across multiple global locations. The responsibility of the CyberSecurity team in Krakow would include dedicated functions including: Cyber Intelligence, Threat Analysis, Security Sciences, Client Engagement and Support Services. The team reports to the Head of Information Security Globally. The manager role is to manage the globally aligned, security focussed defence serve ices within a specific operational site. This includes the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the site, the detection, management and response to global information and cyber-security incidents during active hours of operation and the complete handover of duties from the previous site and to the next as part of a 24/7 global capability.
Core Elements of the role will include:
Production of multiple reporting functions for the CyberSecurity team, including driving the necessary change to ensure the teams’ systems are producing the necessary Management Information, reporting is automated and continuously improved
Working with Client Engagement Managers to gather reporting requirements and gauge effectiveness of reporting
Reporting on the teams’ resource usage and forecasts
Supporting change management
Supporting the maintenance of Technical security standards – ensure all technical security standards owned by the team are maintained
Supporting and coordinating the maintenance of processes and procedures
Risk and audit issue management – ensure regulatory, risk and audit processes are managed and reported appropriately
Internal control assurance
Budget / Finance management
Supplier management
Performance management oversight
CyberSecurity mail box management
Incoming security assurance response management
Strategy and Planning
Supporting engagement within the company and creating more awareness of CyberSecurity
What we would like to see in the right person:
A basic understanding of CyberSecurity frameworks including: OWASP, ISO2700x series, PCI DSS, GLBA, EU data security GDPR, FFIEC guidelines, CIS and NIST standards
Ability to define and refine operational procedures, workflows and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of its reporting requirements
3+ years experience in a similar reporting or finance management preferably within a Banking or regulated environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking
Solid understanding of business finance and knowledge of budgets and expenditures
People development skills
Strong business English
