For our Client, a Scandinavian fashion company, we are currently seeking for Candidates for the role of Service Agent with Romanian/Hungarian.
This is a full time position in the city centre and the prime responsibility is providing the best customer service for customers on telephone calls and emails.
Person on this position will be responsible for supporting customers regarding their shopping experience online
and/or in stores. This will include enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and processing payments.
It’s a shift-based job.
We are looking for a social, open, communicative team player full of drive and optimism,who are fluent in Hungarian or Romanian (both spoken and written), and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We also expect initiative and readiness to learn.
