For our Client, well known and globally recognized Company, we are currently looking for the team of Customer Service Specialists to join Customer Service Department.
While working at this role, you will be responsible for being in daily contact with both- external Clients and company's back office departments.Your job would be to confirm Client's orders and answer all questions regarding the product. Your job would be also to manage payments in case of cancelled or delayed order. Your job is to make sure that Client is happy about his order. You will be also responsible for updating every new order and Client contact detail information in the system.
We are looking for Candidateswith excellent English (C1 level is a must). Due to the fact you will be supporting clients based in US, we are looking for Candidates open for non-standard working schedule- 14-23 (8h/ day+ 1h lunch break). Openness and ability to build long term relationships is a must. We are looking for people that are interested in the field of Customer Support, client management.
