Your primary responsibilities will be to monitor and track problem status to facilitate problem closure and to provide support to the various users and managers.
You will receive and respond to all incoming AP and / or Procurement queries via phone call and email from external suppliers and affiliates (AP/Procurement). You need to log calls, query details and the response given to the query. When in trouble, you will log complaints and escalate to Customer Service Team Lead.
In addition, you will be monitoring of Backlog and proactively follow up with assigned Teams and also record, analyze and report on a regular basis, on calls received, including details of call volumes and duration, problem trends, abandon rate and wait times, first call resolution rate, problem resolution time.
To succeed in this role you should have a customer service orientation and the ability to work in a team. Also, good reporting skills, the ability to adhere to TAT and timelines would be highly appreciated.
If apart form those, you have attention to details and you are an active listener, then you will definitely be a winner!
Fluent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Dutch are mandatory.
