Role description
As a Customer Support Supply Chain employee, you are the first point of contact with the internal customers of the company. You will be working in a dynamic and international context, working with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the communication between the CBU and the internal departments
Monitor and follow up on KPI performance
Order management of deliveries and purchases
Inventory planning
Complaint handling
Report and document the measures taken
Requirements
At least an HBO degree in logistics, supply chain or similar
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain jobs
Experience using ERP/ MRP systems
Experience with SAP
Proficiency with MS Office
Fluency in English
