Customer Support Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Start: 1st March, 2012

Main Tasks

•    Be the first point of contact to Customers, responsible for responding to questions, requests or suggestions related to the software in e-mails, via phone or Skype presentations
•    Provides solutions to simple and moderate Customer’s problems with the application
•    Be in constant communication with our IT developers reporting and monitoring all requested function developments or bugs
•    Guides and assists new Customers in the configuration process

Required Qualifications

•    Excellent command of English (spoken and written fluency)
•    Very good computer skills, from user’s perspective
•    A quick learner with an open-mind

Desired Experience

•    Knowledge of our system Leon will be specially considered
•    Experience working in an aviation company or other aviation background
•    Experience working in technical helpdesk will be a plus
•    Knowledge of JIRA and/or Fogbugz
