For our Client, the global information and communications technology company, located in Wrocław, we are searching for:
Customer Support Representative
Key duties will include:
• Service and foreign customer support in IT solutions (via telephone communication, mailing, on-line conferences)
• Supervision of proper functioning of IT services delivered to the customer
Candidate’s profile:
• Excellent English and fluent language skills of one of the following: Russian, French, German, Spanish
• Experience in helpdesk or system administration role as a plus
• Bachelor/Master degree in Information Technology or Engineering would be an advantage
• Candidate must have a strong customer orientation and possess an excellent work ethic
• Candidate should also posses excellent communications skills and be in a position to work under pressure with calmness and composure
