Within this position you will be responsible for leading and supporting a small team and developing processes. You will be supporting customers’ technical questions and writing user manuals and technical documentation. You will also be identifying bugs in company’s tool and escalating them.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English - C1 level. Previous experience in customer support and ambition to build processes and refine operations is also required. We are looking for candidates with basis in web development, JavaScript and HTML.
