On behalf of our Client, an international company that has been supplying software to companies all over the world we are currently recruiting for Customer Support Advisor Portuguese.
Your new role
You will be a part of international team and will work with leader in the Internet industry. Your main responsibility will be responding to enquiries and educating Customers on products by phone, chat and email. You will be also responsible for troubleshooting problems and helping Customers build successful businesses in cooperation with IT teams and management.
What you'll need to succeed
The role holder must have excellent English and Portuguese skills – at least C1 level. Moreover, you need to be open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace. Ability to work with customers and co-workers from all over the world as well as superior verbal and written communications skills are highly desirable.
