CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: DzierżoniówResponsibilities:
- Customer services according to company standards and culture;
- Regular contact with customers either by email or by phone ( frequent telephone contact required);
- Informing clients about technical and commercial product values;
- Managing the entire order circle from order entry until delivery to customer;
- Manage, control and update customer databases;
- Developing and securing new customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Academic education;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Strong customer service orientation and administration skills;
- Aptitude for database systems (knowledge of SAP preferable), experience with web browsers, Excel and Word applications;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work with short deadlines within high energy environment;
- Commercial attitude.
