For our Client – SSC of international well-known organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the position in Customer Service area. We are looking for candidates with German or Bulgarian language skills to support sales or logistics sector.
Your new role
Your responsibilities in the Logistics will include: management of orders and customer requires, maintain communication with customers and support organisation in optimisation transport and logistic projects.
Moreover, in the support of sales area you will be responsible for service orders, maintenance of contracts and order management.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will hold a University degree (min. Bachelor’s degree) and have working experience preferably in customer service with a solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, basic knowledge of SAP would be an asset. In this position you should have high level of analytical skills as well as ability to work under pressure of time.Very good verbal and written language skills in English. Moreover, we are looking for people with knowledge of German or Bulgarian for the Logistic sector and candidates with German to support sales area.
