Responsibilities:
You will provide support for customer service by ensuring customer’s satisfaction through high quality service Managing customer’s orders Creating and maintaining customer information. The position is related to the introduction of a new business line. The person in this position will be responsible for contacting the customer and accepting orders from customers. The cooperation will take place with KAMA, logistics and sales departments. Solving discrepancies and complaints is also a responsibility on this position.
Requirements:
You need to have experience in Customer Service. Your English and French (C1) needs to be fluent. You are expected to have an attitude with strong client focus. Your communication skills have to be excellence. We want you to demonstrate problem solving skills and attention to details.
